Palmer Property Management was founded by David Palmer a long time Charlotte County resident, a former bank president and MBA, and Teresa Palmer an educator who has combined her educational skills with Community Association Management Skills and taught the preparation course that all CAM candidates must successfully complete to qualify to sit for the Community Association Manager Exam. Together with David’s strong experience in financial services management combined with Teresa’s innate ability to teach and communicate personally with people, they united their talents and skills to create Palmer Property Management – an Association Management Firm that strives to offer a proactive management style that brings a personal touch to association management.
The seeds for the Palmer Property Management Association Management Firm were sewn when the Palmer’s attended an association transition meeting in their community. Teresa took the position of President of their Home Owner’s Association and David chaired the financial affairs committee for the Association. During this time both gained valuable skills and the knowledge required to understand the innermost workings of effective Community Association Management. Most importantly they gained the knowledge of how to effectively communicate and implement ideas to others within the community association. This knowledge and experience acquired from managing their own association served as the facilitator to the subsequent creation of Palmer Property Management – an association management firm that would effectively serve every need within your association and to develop a true sense of community for your neighborhood.
